Senior Delivery Manager / Lead Consultant – Asset Sale and Platforms, April 2018 – Current

·        Maximising the value of Non-Performing Loans sales on behalf of creditors, while reducing risk utilising a data-driven and analytically led approach

·        Ownership of the ~$1 million business line revenue number where I delivered results in excess of 113% against the 2018 stretch target

·        Start-up in Social Media Marketing acting as an agency to bootstrap development of software which will allow SMEs market themselves better on Social Media

·        Wide-ranging responsibilities with a core focus on finance, service delivery, and strategic development of both the software and the agency business

·        Process creation and refinement to help scale the business, e.g. I implemented a new on-boarding process which reduced project time by half whilst increasing service quality and revenue

·        Built the company’s bespoke reporting suite from raw data allowing us to better analyse and improve the performance of our client’s marketing initiatives


Solution DesignerJanuary 2016 – July 2016

·        Working closely with the sales team to win new business, supporting with commercial modelling, solution design and client pitches to prospects such as global banks and government departments

·        Using financial modelling, technical knowledge and data analysis I designed propositions and service solutions for clients to be fit for purpose, deliverable and profitable

·        Bid management and response writing, working with virtual teams, across multiple geographies and verticals delivering significant new business

·        Responsible for training and product demos of TDX Group products and services

·        Creator and owner of the company’s client profitability initiative; data gathering, model building, analysis and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders within the senior leadership team across TDX Group and Equifax

·        On-boarding clients via integration of client’s IT systems and TDX’s SaaS solutions. Requirements gathering, Epic and user stories, sprint management, Scrum, and BizTalk development

·        Lead analyst in on-boarding Home Retail Group, and lead analyst for providing TDX services for local authorities, delivering a scalable solution within short time frames


·        TDX Group employee of the month in October 2017 for accepting ownership and successfully delivering projects with significant direct revenue impact outside the normal scope of my role
